If for any reason no technician can be found due to the units location, the closet crew can be sent to fix the problem. In most cases, one or two people who have access to the unit on a daily basis will have had sufficient training in order to resolve the most common issues. We are also capable of monitoring the generator’s performance from a distance. We can usually detect a malfunction through the software and make adjustments where necessary.

Yes, projects requiring over 100m3 of water on a daily basis, but with limited space will require a customised solution where the structures and the interior components will be fitted in order to produce water within the space allocated. Components can also be disassembled or “boxed” for easier transport where forklifts and cranes are not available. Like Lego pieces, they can be reassembled and connected to produce water.
